SK hynix Character IP ‘Hanyangi’, 'Hadangi' Goods Collection
VOWz developed the SK hynix Character IP Goods project with the aim of expanding the brand identity into more intuitive and everyday experiences through the medium of character IP. The mascot characters, Hanyangi and Hadangi, were designed to embody SK hynix’s core values of innovation and a human-centered philosophy, allowing members to engage with the brand in a natural and approachable way.
Beyond serving as symbolic elements, the two characters play a key role in emotionally conveying the company’s identity. Through a character-driven brand experience designed by VOWz, a sense of familiarity and belonging is fostered among members, while warmth and flexibility are added to the credibility of a global technology leader. By extending the character IP across various everyday touchpoints, the project strengthens the emotional connection between the brand and its members. As a result, SK hynix’s brand identity is communicated not merely as a visual image, but as a value that can be genuinely experienced.
