Centered on practicality, the kit delivers a physical expression of MUSINSA’s attitude and sensibility, shaping the very first moment in which new members encounter the brand.
Beyond a simple welcome gift, the kit functions as a symbolic device that enables new employees to immerse themselves in the brand culture and develop a sense of belonging. Drawing from MUSINSA’s minimal visual identity, the design applies black tones and geometric layouts to consistently express understated sophistication and the brand’s distinctive atmosphere.
